W. Timothy Finnegan JOINS PROFESSIONAL COACHING ORGANIZATION
Tim Finnegan, an executive coach in the New York City area, joins the International Coach Federation
New York- Tim Finnegan of Huntington, New York has recently joined the International Coach Federation (ICF) the leading global organization of 27,000-plus professional personal and business coaches and offers the only independent and internationally recognized coach credentialing program.
ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching is a distinct service and differs greatly from therapy, consulting, mentoring or training. Individuals who engage in a coaching relationship can expect to experience fresh perspectives on personal challenges and opportunities, enhanced thinking and decision-making skills, enhanced interpersonal effectiveness, and increased confidence in carrying out their chosen work and life roles.
Tim Finnegan founded Aisling Executive Coaching Ltd. in 2018. It is a natural evolution of 40 years’ experience in sales, operations, marketing, management and leadership development across several industries.

Mr. Finnegan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University, a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and successfully completed New York University’s curriculum in Executive Coaching.
